6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, Accessories (Gloves, Hats) and unsealed Baby apparel cannot be returned unless defective. “Final Sale” items are also non-returnable.
• Refund Process: Refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
